Insight Global is seeking a skilled facilities operations I&C technician to operate, maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot site facilities systems while ensuring calibration compliance and supporting FMCS and BAS automation systems. This role performs preventive, predictive, and RCM maintenance across multiple disciplines and supports corrective maintenance, commissioning, vendor coordination, project activities, documentation updates, and site-wide emergency response.
About the RoleResponsibilities include instrumentation calibration, low‑voltage electrical work, toxic gas monitoring maintenance, minor controls-related pipe fitting, and the use of predictive maintenance tools such as thermography and ultrasonic analysis.

- Use of predictive maintenance tools such as thermography and ultrasonic analysis
- Perform preventive, predictive, and RCM maintenance across multiple disciplines
- Support corrective maintenance, commissioning, vendor coordination, project activities, documentation updates, and site-wide emergency response
- 3-5 years’ experience with facility systems and controls preferred
- Able to apply multiple technical skills in two or more of the following disciplines: HVAC, electrical, process piping, mechanical, instrumentation, wastewater treatment, and UPW systems
- Requires medical surveillance and to be SCBA/APR approved
- Requires physical ability to work in temperature extremes
- Requires physical ability to maneuver in tight locations effectively and safely
- Ability to interpret complex multi-disciplined schematics, drawings, O&M manuals
- Requires physical ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Requires physical ability to work around or near chemicals or residues such as acids, solvents, oils, and grease
- Working knowledge of local, state, and national building and environmental codes
- Requires Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point
- Knowledge and operation of personal computers and CMMS systems
