Role Description

This full-time Air Permitting Consultant role. The consultant will be responsible for preparing air permit applications, conducting compliance assessments, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, conducting technical analyses, and collaborating with clients to develop strategies for maintaining air quality compliance. Additional responsibilities may include reviewing reports, participating in audits, and providing training to clients on relevant environmental guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in Air Permitting, Environmental Compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Experience in Due Diligence, Audits, and conducting compliance assessments
  • Proficiency in preparing technical reports, regulatory applications, and conducting specialized training
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and execute proactive compliance strategies, including tracking and adhering to evolving environmental regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulations specific to air quality and industrial operations in Texas is required
