  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers in a highly mentored environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • EIT certification (preferred) or ability to obtain it soon after hire
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with or coursework in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, or water resources
  • Experience with or exposure to software such as:

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful public infrastructure projects that impact local communities
  • A small‑firm culture where your contributions matter
  • A growing company with real opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • Competitive salary and excellent benefits
  • Austin‑based office with a strong local presence in Central Texas

If you’re eager to launch your civil engineering career in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and gain experience in stormwater, drainage, and utility design, we’d love to hear from you.
