We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Professional Engineer) to lead and deliver a diverse range of projects in the San Antonio market. This individual will manage complex site development work, mentor junior staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in managing projects from concept to completion while growing long-term client relationships.

• Manage and deliver K-12 and commercial site development projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear communication and cultivating lasting relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, EITs, and CAD staff.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and municipal agencies to obtain permits and approvals.
• Review and seal engineering drawings, reports, and specifications as Engineer of Record.
• Support business development through proposals, client meetings, and community engagement.

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience
  , with at least 3–5 years in project management.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.
