The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–7 years of experience, with strong knowledge of SMT fundamentals and defect analysis skills. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting defects, supporting NPI builds, and collaborating with Quality to enhance product quality.
