PSR Talent Solutions is working with a well-established Texas-based civil engineering firm to recruit a Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater Conveyance
. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer looking to expand their technical impact while developing leadership experience on large-scale municipal infrastructure projects.

You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle - from planning and design through bidding and construction - contributing to vital public works that support growing communities.

• Provide technical expertise in water and wastewater conveyance systems
  , including system modeling, pipeline and interceptor route analysis, and pipe material selection
• Perform preliminary and final design for large-scale municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Support planning studies for municipal water and wastewater systems
• Assist with project scoping, proposals, schedules, and cost estimates
• Prepare technical specifications and design documentation
• Support the bidding process and provide construction-phase services and administration
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and assist in securing state and federal environmental permits
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  , supporting their professional development

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 4–8 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Strong technical design capability and understanding of applicable design criteria
• Experience providing construction administration for public works projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
  , or ability to obtain Texas licensure within six months
