High-visibility, executive-facing role serving as a subject matter expert in water and wastewater utility infrastructure planning, feasibility analysis, regulatory coordination, and construction delivery. This position supports rapid-growth development projects and must be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities- Lead early-stage feasibility and service availability reviews
- Perform hydraulic calculations and cost estimates
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee construction and review RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with TCEQ, PUC, and CCN requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Active Texas PE License (required)
- 8+ years of water/wastewater or utility infrastructure experience
- Experience with land development and utility construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Valid TX driver’s license; up to 20% travel
