Network Performance & Integration EngineerLocation:
Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 15+ Months
Responsibilities- Analyze hourly/daily network KPIs to restore and maintain baseline performance.
- Lead integrations, rehomes, and post activities to ensure KPI compliance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues with tower crews and integrators.
- Optimize coverage and support smooth market transitions (137,130) to meet 2026 POR goals.
- Collaborate with RF and Engineering to ensure on-time activations and stable operations.
- Data analysis & KPI monitoring (3-5 years)
- Project / integration management experience (3-5 years)
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (3-5 years)
- RF engineering and network optimization knowledge
- Telecom project coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Telecom; relevant certifications preferred
