Solutions Architect

We’re seeking a Solutions Architect with a mechanical engineering background and exposure to HVAC, thermal systems, or data center infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to design and propose scalable cooling solutions.

This is a customer-facing position with a mix of virtual and onsite interaction, plus occasional travel.

• Gather technical requirements including heat loads, rack density, redundancy, and efficiency targets
• Design and recommend liquid cooling systems and integration approaches
• Support system sizing, performance analysis, and solution design for compute environments
• Develop proposals, diagrams, and cost estimates for client presentations
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and customer workshops
• Assist with site evaluations and occasional deployment support
• Represent the company at industry events and customer engagements
• Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, and sustainability standards
• Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and best practices
• Create and review mechanical drawings (CAD required)

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–4 years in HVAC, thermal systems, data centers, or similar technical roles
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid systems, and cooling design basics
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD/diagramming tools a plus
• Exposure to liquid cooling or high-density compute environments
• Familiarity with data center standards or energy efficiency considerations
• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales roles
