Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, RF matching networks, and RF generators to component level. - Testing and Calibration:
Perform functional testing and calibration of RF equipment using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other diagnostic tools. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, and calibration data in compliance with company standards. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure all repaired units meet performance specifications and safety standards. - Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance to production teams and collaborate with engineering on design improvements. Inventory management:
Track and manage spare parts and tools required for bench repairs.
Education: Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electronics repair and RF systems.
- Hands-on experience with RF matching networks and RF generators.
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of electronic circuits and components repair.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills.
- Familiarity with RF principles, impedance matching, and power delivery systems.
- Tools Knowledge:
Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and other RF diagnostic equipment. - Other:
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Semiconductor or plasma equipment experience.
- Knowledge of vacuum systems and high-voltage electronics.
