Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze hourly and daily service measurement data to ensure that the SNAP project returns to established baseline KPIs.
- Represent the team in SNAP-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks, ensuring deliverables are met and holding other parties accountable for performance post-integration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues either independently or by coordinating with the tower crew and integrator after the SNAP project.
- Support Network Performance by evaluating and improving areas with poor coverage, optimizing the coverage footprint of the new carrier following SNAP.
- Collaborate with RF and Engineering to ensure that the transition from market 137 to market 130 is ahead of schedule, thereby avoiding impacts on market 137's POR (Plan of Record) and activations for 2026.
- Drive integration for all rehomes in market 137 to ensure sites are operational in market 130 without any KPI issues.
- Manage and complete a post-ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) for new sites in market 130 to ensure that new builds within market 137 are activated before the 2026 POR goals.
$55.00 - $58.00/hr.
Must-Have Skills- Data Analysis:
Experience in collecting and interpreting service measurement data to assess project performance (minimum 3-5 years). - Project Management:
Proven ability to manage and oversee integration processes and ensure deliverables are met (minimum 3-5 years). - Troubleshooting:
Strong skills in identifying and resolving hardware and performance issues (minimum 3-5 years).
- Knowledge of network performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with RF engineering principles.
- Experience with project coordination in telecommunications.
5-7 years of experience
Education / Certifications- A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Relevant certifications in project management or telecommunications are desired.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $58.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
