Requisition

Job Description:

• Collaborate with IC design, systems, and marketing teams to define new Power and Isolation products
• Provide technical assistance to a global customer base, primarily via our customer support system, but occasionally in-person
• Develop customer evaluation hardware that provides best-practice layout guidelines for maximum EMI control
• Develop creative demonstration hardware and solutions to support pre-sale customer demonstrations and trade shows
• Author and maintain written collateral, such as application notes, user guides and whitepapers
• Author and deliver written, video, and live training material to customers and our field teams
• Develop custom hardware solutions to help customers solve tough problems
• Work with partner companies to develop reference designs using Skyworks products
• Conduct detailed electrical analysis of competitive solutions to facilitate understanding of the competitive landscape

You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and should be comfortable in explaining technical concepts to a wide range of audiences including more senior engineers and management teams. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals
• Ability to prepare technical reports to provide clarity to customers when written communication is ineffective
• Strong and methodical problem-solving skills
