The Role:
* Develop and optimize photonic soldering, curing, and SMT processes
* Lead process development projects from initial concept through validation
* Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers on trials and evaluations
* Design and execute DOE experiments to improve yield, reliability, and throughput
* Support prototype builds, customer demonstrations, and qualifications
The Person:
* Strong background in electronics manufacturing, SMT process development, or semiconductor packaging
* Hands-on experience with soldering, component bonding, or reflow processes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers
* Eager to grow into a recognized technical expert at an innovative company
