Field Service Engineer - Additive Manufacturing
Our client are looking to hire a Field Engineer - Additive Manufacturing to lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects.
You’ll troubleshoot issues, address technical inquiries, and ensure seamless integration of our client's products into client operations. You’ll assist in project planning, perform field tests, and provide training and support to clients and internal teams.
Collaborating with the engineering team, you’ll drive process improvements and innovations.
Key Experience Required- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field. A specialization in Additive Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
You’ll also need a valid driver’s license, and you’ll need to be prepared to travel 60-70% of the time.
