  • Create automated scripts (Python/Perl) to streamline verification regressions and lab bench measurements.
  • Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers) to validate functionality and debug hardware/firmware issues.
  • Document firmware verification flows, test plans, and test results.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues found during validation, simulation, or customer evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, OR Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of firmware verification experience in pre‑silicon environment.
  • Hands‑on experience developing or using System Verilog test benches.
  • Working familiarity with hardware RTL or digital subsystem design.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UVM or other structured verification methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ARM Cortex‑M microcontrollers.
  • Experience with emulation platforms such as FPGA‑based environments or QEMU.
  • Familiarity with debug tools such as Sim Vision, Verdi, or similar.
  • Understanding of I2C, PMBus, SPI, or other low‑speed bus protocols.
  • Knowledge of digital voltage regulation, control loop behavior, and system‑level power sequencing.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for firmware or simulation regression.
