Systems Engineer
We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer DIA’s AI platforms have already made a major impact across academic institutions, start‑ups, and industry, and we need passionate, hardworking, and creative people to continue delivering groundbreaking enterprise solutions worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
- Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
- Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, directly supporting sales account managers to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
- Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers’ engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
- Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
- Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
- Establish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
- BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the high‑tech electronics industry in a system design or technical customer support role.
- In‑depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other datacenter hardware.
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining focus.
- Strong multitasking, analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management and engineering.
- Experience with large‑scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
- Networking knowledge—TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, switches, etc.
- C/C++ and Python programming skills.
- Embedded Linux system, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
- Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
Base salary ranges are $132,000–$207,000 for Level 3 and $160,000–$253,000 for Level 4, based on location, experience, and peer pay. You will also be eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
