Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- EIT in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 5+ years in civil engineering design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D/Bentley
- Strong project leadership and mentoring skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
