Responsibilities- Develop IP features which enable reconfigurable Fuse and JTAG Subsystems.
- Craft design micro-architecture specifications, develop RTL, fix bugs, perform design checks and generate implementation constraints.
- Partner with architects to translate subsystem requirements and develop design specifications that meet quality, reliability, manufacturing and reconfigurable needs across multiple SoCs.
- Partner with verification to review test plans and debug issues.
- Act as 1-Arm ensuring the best solutions are what Arm uses.
In addition to a Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a similar related field, and experience in design of complex subsystems or SoCs, you should bring:
- Digital hardware design for complex systems using System Verilog.
- Analog hard IP integration, timing diagrams, BMODs.
- Reconfigurable IP / Subsystem design.
- Power and clock domain crossing expertise.
- Static design checks such as linting, CDC/RDC, X-propagation.
- Collaboration across teams.
- ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures.
- Experience developing designs for OTP/Fuse usage models and JTAG/TAP protocols.
- Proficiency in Perl, Python, or other scripting languages.
- SoC system debug methodologies.
- DFT methodologies: RTL testability, scan insertion, OCC.
$191,100-$258,500 per year
