The Global Silicon Technology and Sourcing team is hiring a Power Technology Specialist to focus on power delivery from system to chip. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating new Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs) and power-management solutions, working with internal teams and external vendors. You will secure technology pipelines and mitigating risks, ensuring efficient and reliable power delivery to achieve high performance and support the company's product road map.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $138,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Evaluate Integrated Voltage Regulators (IVRs), Power Delivery Network (PDN) solutions, and power‑management IP.
- Ensure the chip's power delivery is efficient and reliable.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external vendors.
- Perform technical due diligence on new technologies and manage the technology transfer process into the company.
- Serve as a subject‑matter‑expert with knowledge in the specific domain.
