  • Validate tool utility hook-ups, including PCW, CDA, bulk gas, exhaust, and electrical systems.
  • Apply Global Construction Standards (GCS) and site-specific specifications to all detailing and field coordination activities.
  • Manage redlines, as-builts, and frequent Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Coordinate closely with Process Engineering, Facilities, Construction teams, and OEMs to resolve design, constructability, and installation issues.
  • Support tool install readiness reviews, safety walkdowns, and commissioning preparation.
  • Ensure all work complies with SEMI S2, S8, S22, and applicable EHS standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing jobsite documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, redlines, and as-built documentation.
  • Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution on‑site.
  • Draft and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Attend and document project meetings; track open items and follow‑ups.
  • Support schedule development, weekly look‑ahead, and project task tracking.
  • Monitor and report on craft productivity and labor performance.
  • Assist in preparing estimates and budgets for change orders and field‑directed work.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to CAM’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–7 years of semiconductor fab detailing and/or tool install experience.
  • Strong AutoCAD expertise;
    Revit and Bluebeam experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret P&IDs, ISO drawings, technical drawings, and installation specifications.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, change‑heavy fab environments with frequent design updates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project); experience with scheduling or document control tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions‑focused.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working under pressure.

Working Conditions:
