We are seeking a Project Manager up to a Sr PM to lead the design and engineering efforts of Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility Plants. You can work out of any one of our Central Texas Region Offices:
South Austin, North Austin, or San Antonio.

As a member of our senior team, you will contribute to the leadership of our emerging engineers in high performance operational and technical procedures, as well as relationship building and community involvement.

Job Description

• Sr Project Manager (or PM ready to step into Sr PM role) with experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities (biological treatment systems, membrane treatment facilities, pump stations, and piping design)
• Perform project management work on a variety of civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment systems including modeling, pipeline, lift stations and pump stations facilities.
• Oversee the performance of multiple project managers and/or engineers and their teams.
• Lead project teams across simultaneous assignments.
• Supervise and mentor engineers, designers and technicians.
• Manage the quality, timeliness and financial aspects of projects.
• Serve as point of contact for clients.
• Partner with senior staff in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered PE in Texas required or can be acquired through reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• 10+ years' experience working in public works and/or municipal services projects.
• Previous project management experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant CAD software;
  Civil 3D preferred.
