Engineer - Structural

Join Walter P Moore as an Engineering Structural Structural Engineer. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to contribute to high‑impact projects across the United States.

• Perform structural computations for concrete, steel, and other miscellaneous structures.
• Create 2D and 3D structural frame analysis models and interpret results.
• Assist with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review.
• Understand load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculate applicable loads based on building codes.
• Prepare design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables while working with the structures team.
• Prepare technical studies and reports.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• 4‑8 years of experience in structural design.
• P.E. license in your resident state required.
• Experience with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
