Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking 2 Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to work remotely from anywhere in Texas on our W2, supporting our Austin, Texas client's hub-and-spoke cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS. This position will focus on cloud infrastructure and will work closely with the client's cloud team, Applications, Cloud providers, DCS, and 3rd-party vendors to build, possibly architect, maintain, configure, monitor, administer, and secure cloud infrastructure.

You will attend daily team meetings and multiple cadences, with application-side support for new projects and steady-state efforts. This position requires a W2 resource, and we cannot work with any Corp-to-Corp vendors on this requirement:
Requirements:
* Good experience with Linux as it relates to Cloud Architecture
* Strong background in Hub and Spoke cloud infrastructure.
* Experience with solutioning and configuring cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS).
* Experience with Dev Ops, Kubernetes architecture, support, and engineering.
* Experience with Containerization and deploying and configuring microservices. Dev Ops and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Design (CI/CD).
* Proficient automation skillset using a combination of command language scripting (Bash, Korn, Power Shell, Azure CLI, Helm) and third-party tools.
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and operations tools such as Sysdig Secure, Dynatrace, Cloud native toolset (AWS Cloud Watch, GCP Cloud Operations, Azure Monitor, OCI Monitoring, etc.).
* Experience with declarative and imperative languages (e.g., yaml, json, ruby etc.).
* Good knowledge and experience with securing cloud networking, disaster recovery and integration with Azure, AWS, GCP or OCI cloud IaaS/PaaS services,
* Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with cloud database services (Rational/No

SQL and SQL/Oracle) data lakes and cloud ETL/ELT best practices, suitable frameworks of handling all types of data for structured and unstructured information.
* Understanding services like Azure Data Factory, OCI Data Integrator, Google Data Fusion, AWS Kinesis, Data Sync, Data copy.
* Experience and understanding of best practices for optimizing IT infrastructure, tracing, and troubleshooting, addressing recovery and back up, aligning with standards, policy, and IT information security controls.
* Effective written and oral communication Preferred
* One or more Cloud certifications for AWS, Google or Oracle Certified Engineer, Cloud Certified Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Dev Ops Engineer and/or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with solutioning and configuring cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS).
