Base pay range: $ – $ per year

• Lead the preparation of detailed electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate take‑offs and pricing
• Develop and manage bid strategies, including risk assessment and value engineering
• Mentor and oversee junior estimators where applicable
• Work closely with project managers, operations, and leadership during preconstruction
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track historical cost data and market trends to improve estimating accuracy
• Participate in bid reviews and client presentations as required

• 7+ years of experience in electrical estimating within an electrical contracting environment
• Proven experience leading estimates on mid‑ to large‑scale projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local Texas codes, and construction methods
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Trimble, Con Est, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
