Position: App LifeCycle - Systems Engineer (UCCE & UCM)

Role: App Life Cycle - Systems Engineer (UCCE & UCM)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Design and manage Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise technologies (UCCE), Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), Cisco IP/IVR, Cisco CTIOS, Cisco Finesse, and CUIC.

Work with third-party products such as Appspace, eGain, Avaloque, Calabrio, and Acqueon.

Hands-on experience in VXML gateways, VVBs, and SIP proxy.

Hands-on experience with Cisco voice applications including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection Voicemail, Cisco Presence, Expressway MRA solution, and Redsky.

Perform routine system administration tasks such as OS and application patches, upgrades, and backups of the voice environment.

Implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework focusing on Availability management, Release management, and Change Management.

Identify and execute process improvements (e.g., optimization, proactive measures, automation, and innovation).
