Client is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to lead optimization and performance efforts for the local market. Needing strong Samsung 5G experience, additional details below:

• 7+ years experience in RF performance engineering
• Well versed with Samsung 5G equipment
• Experience with provisioning, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting
• Background with related vendor equipment (Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Infinity, etc.)
• Experience managing GC/vendors for onsite construction

• Day to day responsibilities include site engineering and optimization across the market.

An employer is looking for a Senior RF Performance Engineer in the San Antonio/ATX area. Your primary responsibility will be to engineer and optimize cell sites with Samsung 5G solutions across the markets. You will collaborate with facilities/engineering teams and GCs to engineer and enhance the solutions. You will enhance sites that are experiencing performance issues and optimize those sites to ensure peak performance.

You will coordinate all field activities around RF, A&E, transport, etc. to ensure bottlenecks are removed and vendors have what they need to meet project timelines. Additional tasks will include providing project updates to internal stakeholders, reviewing iBWave designs, and overall optimization of the market.
