- Experience with EDACS (Enhanced Digital Access Communication System)
- Familiarity with Secure Perfect for facility access control management
- Monitor systems including microwave, fiber, radio, network, and data center
- Assist in resolving system problems at the subsystem or component level through isolation, analysis, and troubleshooting
