Sr. Design Engineer​/Sr. Project Manager - Water and Wastewater Treatment

The Project Manager/Senior Design Engineer in this position will be leading team members in projects related to water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and pump stations.

Primary Responsibilities
» Provide expertise in water and wastewater treatment systems including plant hydraulic modeling, treatment process selection, plant design and construction
» Manage and build client relationships
» Develop project scopes, proposals, and schedules
» Manage project budgets
» Manage project team
» Coach, mentor and develop team engineers and staff

Minimum Qualifications
» Master's degree in Civil Engineering (from ABET Accredited Civil Engineering Program)
» Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects
» Minimum 5 years direct project management experience
» Highly technical design skills
» Knowledge of associated design criteria
» Experience providing construction management for municipal public works projects
» If licensed, a Texas PE license is required or ability to obtain in six months
