• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize estimating software to produce accurate and timely estimates.
• Track and update cost databases to reflect current market pricing.
• Attend pre‑bid meetings and site visits to gather essential project details.
• Provide value‑engineering suggestions to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and support the handover to the project delivery team.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in commercial projects.
