• Serve as an engineering resource on the sales team to lead technical aspects of the sales cycle including discovery, design, prototyping, and production.
• Provide technical marketing support for the development and design‑in of commercial products (power, memory, storage, internal IO).
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and develop customer‑specific application material.
• Provide customer support for technical inquiries and deliver solutions to address customer concerns.
• Help devise strategies to differentiate ACS products and solutions from competitors.
• Meet and exceed strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of design or applications engineering experience with electrical hardware components or interconnect solutions.
• Experience providing product marketing and technical support to produce design wins.

• Excellent communication across organizational hierarchies.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Proficient in modeling tools such as Creo or Solid Works.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about new technologies.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
