• Manage the safety of crews engaged in rope access activities.
• Organize work functions specific to rope access jobs.
• Supervise crews performing a broad range of technical and/or industrial services at heights.
• Ensure compliance with IRATA standards and regulations for safe and effective work.
• Perform specific job functions related to work orders.
• Demonstrate all skills and knowledge required of a Level 1 Rope Access Technician.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.

• IRATA or SPRAT Level I Certification (theoretical knowledge, equipment, rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling).
• Required certification levels for specific projects.
• Industrial refinery experience.
• Mechanical industrial experience.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preferred: NCCER certification (Trained Individual).
