Director, Project Engineering

Join us in this role where you’ll head the Onshore Project Engineering team within EPC. You’ll set engineering standards, manage resources, and influence strategic decisions that shape the success of our renewable energy portfolio.

Welcome to EPC – Onshore Project Engineering. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that works closely with Development, Interconnection, Energy Assessment, Procurement, and QHSE. As a team we ensure safe, efficient, and innovative solutions across the full project lifecycle.

• Lead and develop the Project Engineering team across all project phases
• Define and implement engineering strategies, processes, and standards
• Manage design activities with third-party consultants and contractors
• Advise on technology selection, project development, and contract negotiations
• Mentor engineers and managers to build technical expertise and best practices
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget

• 8+ years of renewable energy experience (wind, solar, or storage) or similar industry background
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or similar background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrate success in managing complex projects and mitigating technical risks
• Communicate effectively and can translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation and sustainability

Director, Project Engineering: $,000 base; discretionary bonus 12.5% target of base compensation; may be changed or suspended based on the discretion of the company.
