We’re growing our Austin office and are looking for an amazingly talented BIM Project/Team Lead to join our team!
About RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Project/Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of BIM professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of BIM projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing project implementation, team management, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong BIM expertise who enjoys taking ownership, supporting team growth, and improving project delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities- Full administration of internal project workflows (from kickoff to close-out)
- Project workload planning and management
- Lead the BIM/VDC production team to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure on-time delivery and technical accuracy of all project outputs
- Maintain internal project documentation and reporting
- Perform reviews and resolve model issues (QA & QC)
- Manage project-related communication with clients and stakeholders
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation practices
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (Mechanical and Plumbing trades)
- 3+ year of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Will be a plus:
experience with Fabrication Parts in Revit - Strong understanding of MEP systems and the construction process.
- Experience managing teams of modelers and dealing directly with clients.
- Deep understanding of construction documents
- Ability to analyze complex information requests
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time position located in Austin, TX
- Hands-on experience with large-scale residential, commercial, public and mission-critical projects
