Location: Austin, TX

Compensation: $160K – $175K base + annual bonus eligibility (10–15%, prorated first year)

Must be U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card

Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead process and manufacturing engineering teams. This role will oversee automation projects, equipment design, and manufacturing solutions while driving efficiency, compliance, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process and manufacturing engineers, providing direction and mentorship.
• Oversee automation projects from concept through production.
• Specify, design, install, and maintain automation equipment and tooling.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and supplier relationships.
• Support new product introductions with automation and assembly solutions.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and support audits.
• Implement Lean and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including team leadership.
• Strong background in process and manufacturing engineering.
• FDA-regulated industry experience required (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Consumer).
• High-volume, automated manufacturing experience preferred (SMT a plus).
