Senior Civil Engineer

Trihydro Corporation is looking for a senior civil engineer to join our office in either New Braunfels or Austin, TX.

This full‑time position requires approximately 40 to 45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

• Develop project solutions and address infrastructure needs for utility districts, municipalities, and private clients.
• Mentor project team members.
• Manage projects, coordinate with clients, prepare proposals and fee estimates.
• Perform and review design calculations.
• Oversee figure preparation.
• Support business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure‑related projects.

• 15 to 25+ years of relevant engineering design experience, including civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects.
• Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.

Summary pay range: $115,000 – $160,000
