* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* At least 5 years' experience in building mechanical systems engineering, design and construction
* Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* At least 3 years' experience in building mechanical systems engineering, design and construction
* Familiarity with ASHRAE Fundamentals, cooling, heating and steam system design and operation, pump and piping system design and HVAC system equipment design and operation
* Experience in troubleshooting system deficiencies, developing and implementing robust maintenance strategies and identifying opportunities to improve reliability and reduce cost.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
* Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
* Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
* Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
* Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
* Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and ability to take ownership for issue resolution
* Proficient with PC hardware, windows-based applications and AutoCAD Revit
* Ability to understand, review and provide input on construction drawings
* Ability to analyze existing systems and associated monitoring equipment to troubleshoot and resolve problems
* Ability to develop and update Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Sequence of Operations, I/O lists, panel drawings and instrumentations lists
