The Role
As Senior Mechanical Engineer
, you’ll own critical mechanical systems from concept to deployment. You’ll design, prototype, and test hardware that must survive heat, debris, and chaos - working hands‑on with a small, elite team to ship real robots into the field.
You will:
- Lead design and integration of mechanical and electromechanical subsystems
- Create CAD, prototypes, and test rigs; run design reviews and FEA
- Drive reliability, manufacturability, and performance improvements
About You
- BS+ in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in complex hardware design (robotics, aerospace, or similar)
- Strong CAD/FEA (Solid Works, Ansys) and GD&T experience
- Hands‑on, detail‑driven, thrives in fast‑paced environments
