Project Superintendent - Wastewater Treatment

POSITION SUMMARY

Project Superintendent – Wastewater Treatment role at Posillico Civil, Inc. The primary responsibility is to manage a project by leading all crews and subcontractors to complete the project safely, on time and on budget.

• Safety – Overall job safety as per the safety manual; ensure test holes, mark utilities, report damage, maintain OSHA standards and compliance with all safety protocols.
• Payroll and Equipment Reports – Submit daily time sheets, ensure accuracy of time sheets and equipment, prepare and update equipment schedule.
• Scheduling – Coordinate all work with subcontractors, coordinate all utility requirements, schedule labor and equipment by 100PM daily.
• Planning – Prepare 3‑Week Look Ahead schedules, assist Project Manager with CPM project schedule, collaborate on work plan packages, secure site plans, assist with cost projections.
• Supervision – Supervise foreman tasks, oversee field survey and layout accuracy, collaborate with QA/QC Engineer to ensure contract compliance.

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 3–5 years of related leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with in existing wastewater treatment plants and pump stations and constructing new facilities.
• Must be capable of meeting deadlines, self‑motivated, detail oriented; have above average interpersonal skills and excellent follow‑through capability.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment, accurately process written documents, be highly organized and communicate effectively with company, clients and field personnel at all levels.
