Traditional classrooms often teach at students rather than empowering them to learn alongside educators. Alpha Schools replaces conventional lectures and static textbooks with AI-driven adaptive platforms and mentorship at the peer level. Each student moves forward at a personalized pace. Your role is to facilitate discovery of individual strengths rather than deliver predetermined lesson plans.

We seek high-achieving individuals ready to direct that energy toward transforming an outdated educational model. Grading assignments and adhering to rigid curricula are not part of this position. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that students achieve more when they take ownership of their learning journey.

• Building trust with K-2 students through mentorship and cultivating a mindset without limits.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts.
• Proven public speaking capabilities with the ability to captivate and energize young learners.
• Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-2.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
