What if conventional education fails children by lecturing at them rather than learning alongside them? Your role is to facilitate their journey of self‑discovery, not to recite predetermined lessons.

We seek accomplished individuals ready to direct their energy toward transforming an outdated system. Grading assignments and adhering to rigid curricula are not part of this position. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that education thrives when students take ownership of their learning.

• Building meaningful relationships with K‑2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset of unlimited potential
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor individual educational trajectories
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops (including public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long‑term achievement
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, aspiration, and continuous development
• Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and areas of interest

• Instructing core academic subjects or grading student work

• Available to work on‑site at one of our locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Houston, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable contexts
• Proven public speaking capabilities, with documented ability to captivate and energize young learners
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K‑2 students
• Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Capacity to participate in a paid training program hosted at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
