- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor individual educational trajectories
- Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops (including public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long‑term achievement
- Cultivating an environment of curiosity, aspiration, and continuous development
- Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and areas of interest
- Instructing core academic subjects or grading student work
- Available to work on‑site at one of our locations:
Phoenix, AZ;
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Houston, TX. - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable contexts
- Proven public speaking capabilities, with documented ability to captivate and energize young learners
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K‑2 students
- Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Capacity to participate in a paid training program hosted at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
