• Building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset as a mentor to K-2 students
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways

• Delivering instruction in core subjects or grading assignments

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational, after school, coaching, or comparable settings
• Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young learners
• Passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
