GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPerforms routine (journey-level) training work for employees that use the Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS). Serves as support staff in the Academic Reporting & Curriculum Support Unit, providing oversight and technical support to learners and trainers, reviewing and processing of training records for agency, and maintenance of LCMS usage and permissions. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES- Education: Graduation from an accredited two-year college with a major in Education, Data Management, or Business Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience maintaining data and record keeping. One (1) year experience performing progressively complex staff support services to include generating reports and conducting quality control audits is preferred. Experience with computerized Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Data Distributions System (TCLEDDS) and TCOLE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement) rules and regulations is preferred.
- Licensure and/or Certification: If driving is required, must possess a valid driver license from state of residence.
- Regulatory knowledge: Working knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly assimilate information related to TXDPS, State and Federal regulations, legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures.
