• Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade via customized, accelerated learning routes
• Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, public speaking, focus) in parallel with academic objectives
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
• Encourage students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
• Work alongside a team redesigning education for high‑potential learners

• Willing to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Proven track record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth
• Daily usage of generative AI tools in an educational context (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
