Split Stay | Texas-based (Remote)

Split Stay is building a new behavioral layer in travel. We are exploring how attendees of real-world events (festivals, conferences, marathons, etc.) coordinate shared stays. The challenge is not booking. The challenge is activation. We are now running live demand experiments and are looking for someone who can design and execute real-world traction tests using AI-native tooling. This is a build-and-test role.

You will own execution of our first real demand experiments. That includes:

• Identifying a low-friction event audience
• Designing a lightweight landing page
• Translating insights into messaging
• Creating testable Instagram / Meta assets
• Launching small-scale paid experiments
• Driving sign-ups / profile opt-ins
• Measuring willingness to coordinate shared stays
• Extracting learning
• Iterating fast

You will use AI tools wherever possible.

We expect:

• Speed > polish
• Signal > impressions
• Learning > campaigns

No strict stack required, but experience with:

• Zapier
• n8n
• Webflow / Framer
• Midjourney / Runway / Pika / similar
• AI video generation
• AI voiceover
• Meta Ads testing
• Rapid landing page creation is highly relevant.

You are comfortable building systems, not just running campaigns.

Initial 4 to 8 week sprint. Objective is simple:
Can we identify repeatable behavioral demand around specific events? If yes, this role becomes foundational to our GTM engine.

Our CTO is based in Austin. We are preparing early US traction experiments. We want execution happening inside the same operating rhythm.
