Our 2-Hour Learning framework integrates AI-adaptive technology with skilled instruction to produce rapid reading improvement. Your objective: create and implement brief, focused reading workshops that produce quantifiable gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then assist in expanding this program to campuses nationally.
This role is not about administrative lesson planning. It centers on evidence-based instruction, technology partnership, and constructing a reading system that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating individualized motivational sessions utilizing gamified literacy benchmarks
- Evaluating student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable trends
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-enhanced materials that support early elementary students in reaching grade-level mastery
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to traditional curricula—students engage with academic content through AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
