Your role will be to coach educators in delivering play-based instruction that produces measurable outcomes, guide curriculum design across all developmental domains, and support four-year-olds in reaching key milestones ahead of schedule.

• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing quantifiable progress
• Create and lead play‑based learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as a model for the instructional team
• Evaluate and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clear action steps, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility on milestone achievement
• Develop family communications and facilitate team alignment meetings that establish priorities and reinforce collective commitments to campus‑wide PreK readiness objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
  Master's degree or specialized certification preferred
• At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, early years development, or a related area
• Direct experience facilitating learning for young children between the ages of 3 and 5
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering play‑based educational programming or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment, such as Montessori approaches
• A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with accountability for performance outcomes
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities to produce clear family updates and ensure team alignment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Ability to work on‑site at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as needed

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
