The Civitas Institute at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for tenure-track and tenured faculty positions in Humanities to begin in August 2026.
The Institute seeks to fill several tenure-track and tenured faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor, to start in the academic year. Applications are welcome from all relevant disciplines, including History, English and American Literature, Political Science (particularly the history of political thought), Classics, and Religion.
QualificationsA Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree.
