Key Responsibilities Coordinate program logistics and manage speaker preparations, ensuring all resources and schedules are aligned Facilitate live sessions, engaging participants and maintaining a high-energy learning environment Manage post-session content, ensuring timely distribution of recordings and addressing student feedback
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Media, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in hosting virtual events, online facilitation, or a high-touch Customer Experience role Expert proficiency in virtual event platforms, particularly Zoom Ability to perform basic video editing and data interpretation for reporting purposes
Experience with project management tools for tracking deliverables
