Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Admissions Specialist, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Every inquiry from a prospective family is the beginning of a decision about where their child will learn and grow. In this role, you will be responsible for the first touchpoints that shape whether families choose Alpha—through emails, events, campus tours, and conversations that reflect precision, care, and consistent follow‑through.

Alpha is creating the most ambitious K–12 school model in the world, combining rigorous academics, technology‑enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for students and staff. Admissions is where that model becomes tangible. Families require more than information—they need clarity, confidence, and evidence that Alpha is distinctly different in meaningful ways.

You will own the full prospective family experience from initial inquiry through enrollment. This includes responding to questions promptly and thoughtfully, scheduling and executing campus visits and shadow days, maintaining accurate applicant data, and guiding parents through Alpha's approach and fit. You are not supporting admissions passively—you are actively influencing enrollment outcomes.

This is a dynamic, on‑campus position suited to someone who manages competing priorities without sacrificing quality. If you value precision, clear communication, and helping families make well‑informed decisions, you will find meaningful ownership and measurable impact in this role. If that describes you, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Replying to family inquiries within 24 hours with clarity, warmth, and messaging aligned to Alpha's values
  • Planning and executing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow days, including logistics and post‑event follow‑up
  • Maintaining complete accuracy in applicant records across CRM and admissions platforms
  • Conducting meetings with families to describe Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture key insights
  • Collaborating with campus and admissions teams to ensure pipeline progression and coordination
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Deciding which students are admitted or influencing enrollment policy
  • Delivering classroom instruction or contributing to curriculum development
  • Using aggressive sales scripts or high‑pressure tactics to pursue families
  • Operating in an unstructured or loosely managed process environment
