, working side‑by‑side with Sales, Operations, and the CEO to turn traction into repeatable growth. You’ll execute daily, experiment constantly, and shape what marketing becomes as the company scales.

• Build and operate a demand engine that generates a qualified pipeline
• Work directly with Sales to support deals, improve conversion, and shorten cycles
• Craft messaging that resonates with a technical B2B buyer
• Own core channels end‑to‑end: website, content, email, and paid acquisition
• Create sales‑ready assets that get used in live deals
• Measure what matters, learn fast, and double down on what works
• Lay the groundwork for future tools, processes, and team growth

This is not a “strategy only” role. You’ll be hands‑on from day one.

• Sales relies on marketing and pulls it into active deals

• Have 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
• Have operated in early‑stage or fast‑scaling environments
